All orders will be shipped through USPS. After your order has been processed a tracking number will be provided via-email.

Service Cost Delivery Time:

Ground Shipping $7.00 - $10.00 4-7 Business Days

Express Shipping $20.00 2-4 Business Days

Overnight Shipping $40.00 1-2 Business Days

Processing & Delivery:

The time your order is processed and shipped depends on the day and time you place your order, your chosen shipping method, and how busy we are. Or depends on if  your product is in stock or needs to be created.

  • Order processing takes an estimated 24 to 48 business hours to be completed.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from Atlanta, Ga
  • Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. 
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST (zone) will begin processing the next business day. 
  • Once your package ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track it. 
  • All orders require a signature at the time of delivery.
Ground orders typically ship within 48 hours from the time they begin processing, pending availability and payment verification. You will receive your order within an estimated 4 to 10 business days.

Express orders typically ship within 24 hours from the time they begin processing, pending availability and payment verification. You will receive your order within an estimated 2 to 4 business days.

If items in your order are out of stock, we'll notify you by e-mail or by phone.

Please review your order for accuracy prior to submitting. If you need to make a change to your shipping address once your order has been processed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Since all orders are shipped via USPS and require a signature at the time of delivery, we are unable to deliver to Post Office Box addresses.

Holiday Schedule:

The following are holidays we consider to be non-business days and do not process and ship orders:

  • New Year's Day (January 1)
  • Day After New Year's Day (January 2)
  • Martin Luther King Day (Jan 20th )
  • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (First Monday in September)
  • Veterans Day (November 11) If that date happens to be a Saturday or Sunday, then the adjacent Friday or Monday, respectively.
  • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
  • Christmas Eve (December 24)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)
  • New Year's Eve (December 31)
